Amber Clark is someone who shows that she truly cares and wants to help. She is very informative and helpful when it comes to helping you not only save money but to get the best coverage. Amber is extremely personable. Dealing with Amber is like dealing with a friend. I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie Garrison at State Farm when I did online quote. She reached out via text and always respected my very busy schedule. We corresponded for a couple of weeks, all by text, while I considered my options through several different sources. She was always available when I reached out, there was never any pressure applied to signing up with State Farm, and I felt really good about every interaction. All of my questions were answered quickly. I went back and forth with different coverages and each time she worked up the quote and advised me on the changes and what it would mean.
When the time came to make my decision, working with Stephanie was the deciding factor for me. I am saving some money overall from the insurance that I had but there were several options that would have given me that as well.
We scheduled a time to speak for the first time and we solidified my coverage with State Farm. She walked me through the final steps and ensured my coverage was what I wanted and that all discount opportunities were explored.
