- RBRich Btoday5.0Stephanie Garrison (at Brian Harris Ins & FS Inc) is great. Allows me to be hands off in managing the three vehicles and home policies. Responds quickly to inquires when making changes to policy i.e. adding/deleting vehicle(s). Was with USAA for over 10 years and switched due to some increases in cost even when we never had a claim. So far so good, hopefully never need to use it.

Not only did she take the time to make sure I had the coverage I needed, she lowered my monthly expenses substantially while providing me with better coverage.
