I just discovered that an agent recorded the wrong mailing address, and set my mailing address as my policy address, meaning I have overpaid 100's of dollars for her mistake. Now no one will answer the phone to fix it. Will be filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner next, if Love Agency refuses to respond.
