The agent started asking for money connected to my old policy, which made no sense, so I hung up. Then today, out of nowhere, I get a letter from Geico saying they’re rejecting me because of my driving record, even though I NEVER gave them permission to send me anything or access my info that way. How do they even think it’s okay to send letters to my home without my consent? Absolutely unprofessional and invasive. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them at all. The insurance agent out of spite got upset because I hung up on them then proceeded push my approval without my consent. Avoid this office at all costs.
