  If I could give 0 starts I would. Lou Owen’s is TERRIBLE. She’s rude and over talks customers. Doesn’t know what she’s talking about yet tries to tell others how to do their job. She sells insurance. Not cars. Stay in your lane with insurance and know what you’re talking about before you try to tell someone how to do their job. I would NEVER send anyone to her. Go to Mark Crump in Hampton. I’m not sure how she even has her own agency. Needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY

  Courtney has always been amazing and extremely helpful. Whether it’s tracking down a tow service after a vehicle total or just staying in constant communication as changes are happening for my account. Courtney is very friendly and makes me feel like a care as a person not just a policy. Her involvement in her community speak volumes to her character. As long as Courtney is an agent she will be my agent

  Courtney’s great what she does what people don’t realize it’s a process if you do anything with your policy it takes time but also it goes to headquarters where you have people there that have only worked there 3 months or 6 months to process it so people don’t go out on your agency person who’s doing there best to help you out on getting where you need to be your doing a amazing job Courtney keep up the good work so proud of you 😊🤗

  While I rarely take the time to write reviews, I feel like this review needed to be posted. I have always had State Farm in which my agent was phenomenal. I recently got married in May, and I my husband who also has a policy with State Farm suggested I be moved to his policy to consolidate and be on one policy as opposed to two separate policies. His agent is Courtney and after looking at the terrible reviews, I hesitantly agreed and figured it would be fine. HUGE MISTAKE. My husband reached out to Courtney in April to let her know about the upcoming change in which it was requested I be moved to his policy by May. We had to continue reaching out to both Courtney and her assistant MULTIPLE TIMES for MONTHS when we kept separately getting billed only to be told that they had submitted the changes through underwriting and they were waiting on corporate to approve it. After making a phone call to customer care yesterday, we were told we had been lied to and that Courtney had in fact not made or submitted any changes on our behalf as my husband had requested. We also called Courtney’s office on 7/28 and spoke with her assistant about removing our Toyota Tacoma off of his policy as my husband had sold the truck. We were told it would be processed that day and once again, it was never taken care of. Every time my husband would speak to the office, he was always told “you can’t trust the app” when questioning why he was seeing what he was. When in reality, sounds like they’re scamming customers. Courtney was quick to add me (separately) as her agent, instead of moving me onto my husband policy. Separate policies mean more money in her pocket, and more money they’ve overcharging us. We will be filing a formal complaint, and will take whatever measures to have this looked into and resolved, including transferring to a different agent who can actually do their job. The lack of commitment, care, and communication is disgusting and a huge disappointment to how State Farm should be represented.
