It doesn't matter what my issue/question is - whether it's a minor issue like new plates for my car or major like dealing with all policies in regards to losing my husband. Life has been a challenge with a few set backs and with not having the entire payment to give, she went out of her way to get approval for the extension to Friday, taking the partial payment and taking the time to get it reinstated. Probably 1 of the most real, compassionate and humanly caring efforts and conversation I've experienced in sometime. Her energy, her work and efforts was completely appreciated from the bottoms of me, my husband and brother's heart. Thank you Sarah!

I experienced a huge loss in my family that lead to me cancelling my policy early. I expressed this to the agent that called and the entire office took it upon themselves to send me a card signed by everyone in the office with condolences, including by Lee himself. These folks showed me so kindness and handled my policy closure with so much dignity and respect, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in VA Beach looking for a compassionate team that cares about their customers beyond the bottom line. Rates were fair and the policy was as needed for my SUV.
