  Cory was very helpful all the way from our initial meeting to ultimately choosing our home insurance quote through him. We are first time home buyers, so his thorough education on each coverage was extremely important to us and gave us peace of mind of what each coverage entailed. Cory and I went back and forth multiple times, comparing and adjusting all of the quotes I received with his, and eventually found the perfect policy for us.   I loved my experience working with Brightway Insurance. Cory takes an educational approach when it comes to insurance, which I really appreciated because it helped take so much of the anxiety and overwhelm out of the process when I was seeking a new homeowner's insurance policy after my father’s passing. He explains everything in a non-condescending way, even though it is apparent that he is an expert and very educated. There were no stupid questions, even though I am sure I asked some very basic ones and needed a couple parts explained multiple times (grief fog), and he walked us through every part of the process. Cory was incredibly responsive throughout all of this, which I truly appreciated. He explained every part of the quotes in clear, plain language and helped us understand what each coverage actually meant in real life, not just on paper. He also showed a lot of compassion during a really hard period of my life. Doing all of this while grieving and trying to navigate new responsibilities was overwhelming, but Cory made it feel manageable. He secured a new insurance policy with more coverage at a lower price and handled updating the mortgage company for us so we didn't have to make several phone calls. He gave clear instructions on how and when to cancel the old policy to prevent renewal and how to request the refund check. We genuinely felt supported and accomplished. We never felt pressured into anything, and he spoke with complete honesty and integrity. I really appreciated that he empowered us to make our own decisions by educating us on different options instead of pushing anything. He was patient when we compared coverage levels, asked how changes would affect pricing, or explored different companies. He also knew the local market well, which made us feel even more confident in the final policy. Even after everything was finalized, he let us know we could reach out anytime with questions. It is rare to find someone that thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. I cannot wait to give him my vehicle insurance information so he can write my car insurance too. I had such a great experience working with Cory.
