- AJAlana JacksonDec 12, 20251.0This whole company is very sad and disgusting. None wants to do their job when you call customer services which is sad. I have been having an issues since staring this policy back up in November. For a whole month they are saying they put in tickets to their IT department none email me back and when you call customer they don’t want to do their job. My question is why are you paying people to do nothing. I was thinking about letting this policy cancel due to not getting help for this situation but gecio has the cheapest rates for me. Before my policy was cance I had this company for three years which I never called customer services due to manage my account by the app or online which nothing is working. Online it just spin please waiting while I process your request. Through the app is just says verification code incorrect please try again later I don’t understand why it’s incorrect when it’s the same code that is being text to my number. If you have to call customer services please don’t. They are lazy don’t want to work.
