My twin sister Sheri Winston Gordon is currently with this agency in which she requested over a month ago to move her policy to Clark Jackson as this agent haven't done anything but merge our policies together in which she's losing money because she lost her discount because we can't set up the drive safe. WE can't get a call back and I will be complaining to the Insurance Comm on this terrible service with this agency. I'm requesting my policy moved to Clark Jackson ASAP. I'm also requesting back dating every discount I've lost. I'm really confused as to HOW you guys can't get twins profiles merged. This has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I will no longer do business with this agency.
