- DSDonna SitnikFeb 10, 20265.0Excellent agency, mostly because of highly experienced staff members like Margaret Newcomb, who knows how to help with any product or situation! We were with USAA for decades, but got tired of their rising premiums and declining service (endless phone prompts, anyone?). The last straw was trying to get insurance on our sailboat. Every time we provided the documentation USAA asked for, they added more weird requests. It felt like they couldn't - or didn't want to - deal with anything but cookie cutter type customers. Enter Cindy Shumaker's State Farm Agency. We called and immediately got to speak with Margaret - a real, live person with decades of experience who knew just what to do! We moved our home, car and boat insurance to State Farm and have been really pleased. I can call or stop by and they are always helpful. No regrets!
