  I was misquoted and even after making two payments now they are trying to up my bill on month 3 because my policy was pushed to VA which was not on me. Then they changed my address to my former address which pushed my insurance up almost $200. My agency Dave Holland State Farm is scamming me from my initial quote. I left my former insurance being told my policy was under 300 now my policy is almost 400$ and they are trying to point fingers at the system its not the system, its the agency fault for not making sure all information was accurate. How do they system change my info to a address from 6 years ago. Something isnt right. Now im being force to pay or force to have a policy cancellation and they aren't taking no ACCOUNTABILTY OR offering to assist me. Its like OH WELL pay. I sent this matter to the BBB. Because how do you take two month of payment then all of a sudden the system change my address to an address from 6 years ago! I was a former customer with statefarm and i honestly see why i left

  Wish there was negative star that i can provide....Extremely poor service... ZERO HELP....never never never never should go to this ppl ...they just know how to take your money... been asking for refund on excess annual insurance premium payment done by mortgage lender back 2 years go. Chasing them for 2 years via email and calls, finally got a refund check and that turns out be for incorrect amount ... now chase hunt still ongoing for the difference.... Person in question is Dave Holland himself and his staff is very poorly trained on how to talk, completely lying when asking for an email confirmation that they don't have access to emails ( as system is down).... don't have access to billings as its more than a year...that begs the question on how is STATE FARM and such agent are running the company...

  My fiancé and I have literally tried over and over and over to get our policy correct, and the girl who answers constantly has said one thing and we end up finding out she did another. Cancelling a policy mean cancel, not renew after we have left that residence months ago and mail and bill us for that residence. And she even admitted that she sees where I called months in advance BEFORE moving to schedule that change for the future. Monday we are calling to change providers. Worst provider I’ve ever had.
