  HealthMarkets Insurance Representative Melinda really helped in ways I never expected. She made it easy to find the Insurance company that offered my specific needs (silver sneakers program and otc allowance). She took time to navigate and compare Insurance companies, answered questions with honesty, and very patient with listening to small details that created a world class customer service experience. After receiving information need to make a decision, she also followed up with me before the deadline which was a plus because While dealing with life's hardships and forgetting to take care of business.. she was courteous and empathetic to my situation while she took the responsibility to make sure I wasn't left behind. I'm forever grateful for the personalized treatment and dedication that at times seem to be a thing of the past in this present world.   Melinda is amazing, warm and knowledgeable. She helped my family out when we were trying to figure out medical coverage for my adult daughter and son. She is very responsive and showed us all of our options so that we could determine what worked best for our situation. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Seriously - call her if you are navigating your own health coverage and need some guidance.
