- RMRobert Mish3 days ago5.0On Tuesday, January 6, I was heading out to an appointment when my car wouldn’t start. I called the local State Farm office to check on my roadside assistance insurance. Lynnsey could not have been more helpful. She assured me that I had full coverage and she even gave me contact information for several mechanics. Her advice paid off for within an hour a mechanic had come to my house, got my car started and talked me through what I should do in the aftermath. Throughout this time I texted Lynnsey and another staff person several times as they advised me what to do to “click in” to my coverage. They said to simply get a receipt from the mechanic and to send them a picture of the receipt. I picked up the reimbursement check the very next morning! It would be hard to imagine a better or more positive outcome the State Farm folks were able to provide. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, patient and personable. Over and beyond the call of duty!

I called them this evening the 1st lady I talk to tried to beat around the bush I finally got angry and said if you can't answer my questions let me talk to someone else who can. It's ridiculous that my home owners went up that much. Insurance companies are greedy. What they have my replacement cost at and are charging me for I can build a mansion back with 293k. My inside belongings at 201k but if something were to happen I have to give a detailed item list and thats what they pay out I have no where near 201k worth of items on my in my ho.e so being g way over charged too.
