She is very knowledgeable, patient and didn't hurry us as she took the time to answer all of our questions. We have several policies but now we are Medicare age and need help to navigate through all that paperwork. Tim has had at least one Mutual of Omaha policy since he was 17 years old. They make insurance affordable. It's so nice to have an agent who will answer her phone and is the most knowledgeable agent that we've dealt with over the years.
