She helped me chose a Medicare plan that was right for me and always answers my calls when I have any questions, although I'm sure I drive her crazy when I have a mini panic attack when I can't understand something. I receive excellent personalized service and feel like a valued customer.
- LTLadydiamond TFeb 16, 20231.0This company are crooks! My family member has had this company and paying into this policy for 40 years, only to get a phone call to say they've canceled the policy. So I asked all of the questions only to find that there's NO cash value which they'd been pulling from to keep the policy in good standing and taking her payments, instead of notifying us the policy had increased; however, the monthly invoices were saying something different. We've been paying what the invoice said to pay. They need to be reported, and we're doing EXACTLY that!
