- STSharee TalbertNov 10, 20251.0Very unprofessional!!! I called the receptionist hung up on me I kept calling back she continued to hang up on me. I couldn't get a word in without her hanging up. Then I got transferred and was in hold for 45 minutes. I guess it truly is hard to find good help.

We called him for a new quote and he said full coverage is $$. Then, we told him ok we will pay it. Then he declined the application because he want us to do liability. And then, he said “have a good day” I am not going to do it for you”. Is there a manager that we can talk about this and review the cameras. Because this guy shouldn’t be there.
