  I cancelled my policy with these guys, and due to one of their employee's errors, I was billed $1300 for my policy renewal 3 weeks later. It took Fam Bureau a full month to get me the money back. (During a particularly challenging financial time for me). Jeremiah is pretty friendly and helpful when you first sign up with the policy. After you've been onboarded, you likely won't ever talk to him again and the office's response times lengthen significantly. Farm Bureau also isn't the greatest company to work with either. I got shuffled between 4 agents in the 5 years I was with the company. When I had to file a claim after $3000 of stuff got stolen from my car, they were terrible to work with and I ended up traveling to their corporate office, walking in the front door and asking to speak with someone because my agent wasn't getting the job done. I would not work with FBFS and after several negative experiences with Jeremiah's office, I would not recommend working with them if you do go with FBFS.

  The expectation I have for my insurance agent is that 1) they are available when I need them, 2) has my bet interest at heart, and 3) is proactive in the service they provide. In the 5+ years I've had Jeremiah as my agent, he meets all of my expectations. Whether it is a fender-bender, buying a car out-of-state, low-mileage discount, garaging an old car, or just random questions, he is exactly what I expect my agent to be. I've been impressed numerous times with his team, and would not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends.

  Worst place ever! Everyone was very rude to me. I've never felt so talked down to before. They screwed me over and talked badly about me right in front of my face. The receptionist was a huge B to me. Would never recommend anyone this place.

  We have been with farm Bureau for several years. We have never had any problems. Great customer service.

  Thanks Jeremiah for all of your work in getting me quotes for my insurance! Jeremiah was competitive with my current provider. He's very friendly and can look for ways to save money on your insurance! I would highly recommend him!
