  I showed up to talk about getting insurance on my car. When I had noticed it was closed, but saw someone inside, I knocked. The owner came out and yelled at my wife and I, telling us they were closed and to show up tomorrow. That's understandable, but frankly very rude. I would rather find somewhere else where they treat their customers kindly. It was very unprofessional. There are also rats running along the building and the buildings surrounding it. I would also suggest the insurance company purchase some smell goods, as it did not smell good at all. Furthermore, I would suggest finding somewhere more professional.

  We at City Weekly Newspaper have been with Charles James Cayias Insurance for more than 20 years for our business and personal home and auto. We would be lost without all of their staff. They understand the ins and outs of all our goings on in our business. Quick response when we need anything, they have our back on every aspect of our life. These guys go above and beyond for their clients, I will never leave them, EVER. You are welcome to call me personally and ask me. Pretend you are a fake insurance company, I will tell you I am never leaving Charles J Cayias. Make my day.

  Jaylene is the best. She is on top of all of our needs and she is the friendliest insurance agent I have ever delt with.
