  I was referred to All state insurance by a friend and was fortunate enough to connect with Melissa Gomez who was extremely helpful, patient and practical in sharing a quote on our home, vehicles and motorcycles. Over a period of time I decided to switch my insurance to All State. Melissa was the key to me making the decision to change as she answered my questions, followed up and was patient as I researched felt the rates and coverage were more tailored to what I needed. I would have rated a 5 if the website was easier to use and more user friendly to older people like myself.

  Mary has been awesome to work with, she is friendly and very patient . If it wasn’t for her great customer service through out the years I would had switched over to my friends insurance agency. I absolutely recommend Allstate but without a doubt Mary is one of their best assets!

  Very helpful and informative. When I had another “Allstate” verified number calling me and not leaving voicemails, I reached out to my local office and Melissa helped by looking up the number and confirmed it was scam.
