- LILauren IkerdSep 23, 20201.0Be careful if you ever have to actually file a claim with this insurance company. My vehicle was totaled over three weeks ago and I am unable to make contact with any of the four adjusters for which they have provided phone numbers and/or emails. This means no access to a rental car and no answer on what they will be paying out on the totaled vehicle, which I was not at fault for (parked car). Also, each time I call in to ask questions, I am given a different number. At this point, I have spoken to representatives from Kemper, Unitrin County Mutual Insurance, and Valley Insurance Associates, to name a few. Not only has this been extremely frustrating, it has wasted large blocks of my time for multiple days. Do you have a week's worth of work time to spend on just getting your claim processed? Update: As of 9/22/2020, I have finally received a call back from the adjuster's supervisor. I hope this is the beginning of the end of this process.
