Jaden Wood got straight to the point, which i like, and assured me that it was not like the same old typical spam calling, but that since the government shutdown, my premium is going to be affected. Not only did he explain it all to me where I can understand it, but made the call a friendly yet enjoyable one as well. Not only did i understand it fully, but I also upgraded to the gold plan!! My healthcare agent, Blake Slade, (aside from his name sounding like a Mortal Combat character) has been amazing in this whole journey of finding and starting me on an affordable plan that meets all of my needs. Not only has he done all of the work for me, but he’s also stayed in touch to make sure I’m ok with the plan I have and when there are new plans to offer. He reminds me when my bill is coming up, and makes sure I’m up to date on any documents. It’s been super easy and carefree on my part and the plan has helped me finally be able to afford keeping up with my health. Ten out of ten for sure!!
