I had recently applied for a term life insurance policy to go alongside my auto and renters policies, and Danelle from the agency called me the next morning to finalize the application. She was very thorough and was sure to answer any questions I had and explain the details of the process, including possible outcomes and additional steps along the way. After wrapping up the life insurance application, I had questions about my auto policy rate which Danelle assisted with and even found me a discount to address. Additionally, she helped ensure that my wife and I had enough personal property coverage on our renters policy where there had previously been a gap, which was greatly appreciated. As a former Farmers Insurance producer in AZ myself, this is how insurance should be done.
