- NMNichelle MaddisonFeb 28, 20251.0Communication is nonexistent with this company. We had a local agent who is no longer there, cool, life happens people move on, but we were never reached out to and advised that. No one thought to take over her clients? If they were willing? So now that we need policy changes we are trying to call and there’s no answer. Okay, we get it, let’s try the main line… nothing. Let’s try the 800 number, we get “oh you have an active agent already in your area let me transfer you” goes straight to voicemail. Why? Because that agent no longer works here!! Try to call the main line to work with ANYONE at this point and it will go to a voicemail box with no return call. This isn’t a one a done type thing either, we’ve been trying for three months to no avail. Tried to outsmart the system and visit the office in person, guess what? They’re already gone for the day. Imagine that. I’m sure this place is great, for someone, but definitely not for us.
