    State Farm’s billing system is extremely confusing. The charges were unclear, and the bimonthly payments made it hard to understand what I was actually being billed for. There was no clear explanation of the amounts, which created constant confusion. When I canceled the policy, it became even worse. I was left unsure whether there was an extra charge, and no one could clearly explain what the final amount was for. The lack of transparency and communication is very frustrating. A company this large should have clear, honest, and easy-to-understand billing, but that was not my experience at all. I would not recommend this company due to their unclear charges and poor communication.
