- AGA. Archontia Palaiologou GallisDec 26, 20252.0My son had an accident and when he called to file a claim using our comprehensive coverage he was told by staff to "call the other insurance" without any guidance or explanation. Ended up calling state farm directly to file the claim and set up a rental. I called the office to complain and was told that there was no note that my son called and that he misunderstood what he was told suggesting he was advised to call the other insurance to avoid paying the deductible. None of that was part of the conversation. I felt a young driver was misled and not appropriately informed by this office. We pay for comprehensive coverage for a reason. He was not at fault and we can recover the deductible None of the times we have called have we ever talked to Mr. Slaydon himself. It is always a staff member. Not great customer service when in need.
