He also went out of his way to call my previous state form agent from out of state to make sure I got the refund for that insurace so I can just pay for the new one I got.

He said he could offer me a better price than my current plan and I kept telling him I wasn't interested didn't even give him a chance to show me. Two texts later, I said okay go ahead AND, he did have the plan I needed with at a good price! Persistence pays off!!! He was not pushy and was very patient! Kudos Jorge!
