- DMDrahcir MolbDec 8, 20251.0LOUSY! Out of nowhere...I receive a letter in the mail telling me my homeowner policy will not be renewed upon renewal. No notice...no explanation prior to this notice. Very cowardly not to at least make a phone call to explain their rationale. LOUSY COWARDS.
- EGedgar gonzalezDec 4, 20251.0Went in Monday December 1st 2025 got quoted a certain amount accepted it and payed. Got an email saying payment was received. Then December 4th today I get and email at 5:45 that I have no policy payment was returned. So here I am driving thinking I have insurance cause they said I was good even gave me my id cards. Try to get the insurance again and the quote is higher than what I agreed to on Monday. Try calling to see if they can get honor the price and they just keep sending me to another person. Got patched thru to 4 different people before I got tired of listening to the music and waiting once again and hanging up.
