- MWMalisha WellsNov 11, 20255.0There is an employee by the name of Santa that was an absolute angel and life saver I am wayyy in Fort Worth Texas my car was towed for no insurance and have been at the tow yard for a couple of days so the fees where up to 600 dollars I went to pick up my vehicle and noticed that the representative that did my insurance at a location near me had input my vin number wrong so I called the office which at the time I didn’t know opened at 9:30 am it was 7:45 am and Santa picks up the phone from the San Antonio office she explained that the office doesn’t open until a certain time but with no hesitation she got right on it fixed my information and understood my frustration need more employees like this dedicated to their job
