- BLBrent LandmesserDec 19, 20251.0Never talked to Stephen Barber, but whoever he has in their billing department she is the worst communicator, basically calling me a liar telling me I need to pull my bank statements up, I pulled my bank statements up, showed that they had pulled money out and somehow their new system is only charging me partial of my insurance bill and then doubled my insurance bill for December at Christmas time. This lady proceeded on hanging up on me. unprofessional.
