- XGXavier GarciaDec 19, 20181.0I'm not criticizing this business but the company Mutual of Omaha. I had life insurance with them for over ten years. In December I noticed they hadn't drafted the premium payment. I called and they stated that they had canceled my policy. The reason was that the premium had gone up and they needed approval for the new rate. They stated that 3 letters were sent out. Never got them. They said that they were not responsible for mail not being delivered. I told them if the really carried about their customers, they should have sent a certified letter.
