  Kristin was amazing and extremely helpful. Her knowledge was above and beyond and the way she was able to articulate complicated insurance jargon into English was wonderful! I called today, got quotes and explanation of them today the switched to GEICO because of it! Thank you so much for all your help!

  Initially filled out my information online and the following day received a phone call from Kristin Hammons. She has been incredible. Really on top of everything from start to finish. Called me to follow up and has been very thorough with the policies and getting different corrected as needed. Hats off to her.

  So far, I have been with Geico for a year. They have been accommodating with great rates and excellent customer service. They helped me while moving to a new apartment which wasnt easy to begin with. I actually thought I would have had to remind them I was transferring my renters insurance, but they were right on it! My car insurance also went down, thankfully. Compared to State Farm, who I used last time, Geico is just as good but with better rates. I will say, though, with the customer service, Geico has been more welcoming. Much appreciated, Katie! Keep helping those that help you.
