GEICO agent Pablo and with the assistance of Gilbert from Massachusetts, by the way Pablo is in Keller Texas which is close to North Richland Hills where I live. My policy needed some work and updating they were both professional and kind and took time to review the policy with me. This gives me conviction that we all need to be human and care and also be personable in our reactions with other people. In a world that is hurried and rushed with many problems and pressures and anxieties these two alleviated one problem off to my to-do list. I appreciate this professionalism and humanity in the way it was demonstrated by Geico agents. They get five stars each which means 10 stars. I am also a retired agent and I know that they did a great job more than great it was awesome thank you very much for your help Pablo from Keller on main Street and Gilbert from Boston which is way up there in New England.
