- CSChris SalazarDec 8, 20255.0I tried handling my claims myself, thinking that it wouldn’t be a problem. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Though I was found 100% not at fault, getting things moving along wasn’t happening. I even felt as if I was being penalized for filing my claim with State Farm as my deductible was $2,000. I kept making calls to both State Farm and Geico (the other driver’s insurance). Finally, I decided to pay a visit to State Farm’s office. Jackie Aberegg wasted no time with ushering my wife and I into her office and assisting me with my claim. Once Jackie understood our concerns, she handled each question we had with quality professionalism. By the time we left her office, we felt assured that we got what we needed in order to move forward. Thank you, Jackie!!
