  Called on May 20th for a HOI quote , Rair helped me and was super nice and was going to “helpe me to saved $” We share couple emails and phone calls and when I sent my mortgage info and gave him a green light to proceed, he gosted all my phone calls and emails . He literally let me hanging without insurance when we talked about starting it 6/12/24 . When we first talked, we had plenty of time ahead but as right now he hasn’t reply any of my emails , texts or phone calls. Very disappointed with the professionalism of this agency . I won’t recommend this agency . So glad it happened at the being of our agent/client relationship , I won’t imagine how would they handle it when needing assistance or filing a claim . Stay away of this “agency” !
