  I have never experienced such gross incompetence and lack of accountability from an insurance agency. On 12/3/2025, a company truck ran a stop sign and hit me. The driver was issued a citation, which is clearly documented on the official crash report. Despite this, State Farm labeled ME at fault, causing my auto insurance premiums to increase by over $300 per month. This is not only wrong—it’s financially harmful. I texted Ron who I had known for 10 years that I was in a bad wreck and not even so much as a I am sorry to hear that, are you ok- He said nothing and ignored me. I repeatedly asked Ron Mathai, and his assistant, Laurie Bonnet, to provide a Letter of Experience to help correct the issue. They refused, despite knowing this is something they are legally obligated to provide. The lack of support was shocking. Communication over the past year has been horrible. Calls and emails routinely go unanswered for days. Money has been pulled from the wrong account, after repeated calls, emails and texts to the front office confirming the correct account to use. A roof discount that was supposed to be applied in December 2024 was ignored for an entire year, resulting in over $1,800 in overcharges. I was also never notified of my policy renewal—no mail, no email, no phone call—yet my premiums increased by over $800 annually without warning. On 12/29/2025, I requested to cancel all policies. Despite this, they still paid my homeowners insurance, and I now need a full refund immediately so my escrow does not increase. I also requested a breakdown of what I paid over the last year, which they again ignored and refused to provide. This agency has caused a significant financial burden and stress on my family for over a year. The lack of communication, transparency, care, and basic competence is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere for insurance representation.

  Absolute worst service. My car was being repaired for a minor incident that took 90 days. I tried to engage my agent 3 times to advocate on my half to hep get the issue resolved. No response from Ron. His office advised I should not expect a call from him as he only focuses on sales. Horrible treatment from State Farm a Ron for a 26 year client paying $1600 a month in premiums.
