- KEKristin ErvingApr 8, 20191.0I was called by an agent, Brenda Dietrich. She was to come out to my home on 4/6/2019 to quote me for insurance for myself and my spouse. I currently have 2 whole life policies for my children. Needless to say, this agent never showed up and I called her as well to see if she was still coming due to the fact that I thought she was going to be delayed due to the weather. She did not return my phone call and was a no show. So I will keep the policies for my children but I guess this is a clear message for me not to do any additional business with Mutual of Omaha. I will keep doing business with Allstate. Poor customer service from this agent.
