- MRMatt RApr 9, 20215.0Xuan and Diep have had my business since 2003. Good people and always helpful. Rates post-COVID hadn’t adjusted at Allstate. When we added my son they were honest and said their quote was too expensive, take the auto insurance elsewhere. Allstate caught up with the decrease in driving, rates came down and I went back because of the Nguyens.
