For example, I had an at fault accident in March 2023 and was told my monthly premium would go up as a result and that after 3 years that upcharge would fall off. I have called in several times in the past couple of years with various questions and Maria was the first person to tell me that because of my longevity with State Farm, I wasn't charged that accident fee. I've been waiting for that fee to go away, and no one ever told me it was never there in the first place. Even when I called in to find ways to lower my monthly premium. Thank you, Maria, for taking the time today, Oct. 21st, to answer questions I didn't even know I had. I really appreciate you taking that time.
