Johana calls me to requote me & when I call back Susana takes the call & payment & proceeds with renewing my policy. I call a week later since Susana never emailed the policies & im getting told that I can’t have 2 policies with the same company with the same address. This is something Susana & Johana should’ve caught from the beginning that I had an active policy besides the one renewing.
