  Mi experiencia en está agencia fue triste porque la persona que me atendió ya tengo varios años de conocerla porque e renovado y comprardo nuevas polisas de seguro de auto durante todos estos años Y hace poco me tocó abrir una polisa nueva y por casualidad la aseguradora me contactó y me di cuenta de cuánto ellos me habían cobrado que es muchosimo menos que lo que me cobró la agencia y cuando le pregunté lo negaron y no quisieron darme recibos de la transacción yo lo único que me gustaría es que cuando yo abra una polisa de seguro de auto la agente me aclare cuanto me cobra ella por el trámite y cuánto realmente tengo que pagar a la aseguradora y que no me digan que es la aseguradora la que me cobra ese dinero cuando en realidad son ellas yo no tengo ningún problema en pagar porque yo entiendo que ser agente es un trabajo y que ellas merecen recibir un pago lo que no me gusta es la mentira y que me cobraran más ellas que la propia aseguradora

  My dad went to this insurance office to get a car insurance policy. At the end of the process, when they were reviewing the forms he needed to sign electronically, a screen popped up asking for a service rating. Instead of letting my dad choose his own rating, the employee gave herself a 5-star review without asking him. That is dishonest and completely unacceptable. Reviews should reflect the customer’s actual experience, not what the employee decides to give themselves.

  My experience at this agency was not good, and it was very disappointing. I went to open a car insurance policy at this location where they charged me a large amount of money to do. This agency told me that this was what the insurer charges but I later found out by contacting the insurance company directly that what they charge for insurance is just about 40% percent of the whole amount of money I paid. This agency takes so much money for themselves claiming it’s what the insurer charges. And that’s what is disappointing, the lies, because they don’t specify what part of the money is for who but rather say the insurer charges that amount. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Just liars.
