  Edna made purchasing insurance for our son a breeze. She was patient and kind and held our hand throughout the entire process. She worked hard to make sure his preferred doctors were in the plan he purchased and the price was reasonable and affordable for him. So grateful to have found someone with her knowledge and kindness!

  Edna Tyler with ‘HealthMarkets - Insurance’ is a knowledgable professional who provided extraordinary service to me and my family when we were faced with navigating the ACA for the first time last year. She listened carefully to understand our evolving situation, and then fearlessly began to explore the endless offerings on the exchange. She was able to reduce our previous year’s premium’s by more than half of what we had been paying; and the results of our consultation in Nov for the upcoming year were even better!   Edna has been helping me navigate the Healthcare Market Place site to pick out insurance for 3-4 years now. She is absolutely the best! She is always so helpful at breaking everything down for me, helping me pick out the best medical and dental plans for my budget and needs. She is very warm, patient, and always responds in a timely matter when it comes time for me to reenroll or for any questions/concerns I may have. I deeply appreciate her guidance, knowledge, and honesty with me about each and every plan we have looked at. The first year I navigated the Market Place site alone for my insurance and it was a nightmare, I was stuck with the worst insurance I've ever had. I'm so grateful to have found her. Even two years ago when I had issues with a plan we chose not covering a doctor that was listed as covered every where we looked, she was right there with me trying to figure out what the problem was and why there was no way for either of us to have known about that specific insurance company contracting out it's mental health coverage. I really appreciated how genuinely upset she was for me and how willing and happy she was to help me with the situation in every way she could think of. I would recommend her to anyone and have given quite a few people her information since she has been so very helpful and wonderful to me. I'd highly suggest working with Edna, she really cares for her clients and it shows!
