Aside from that very patient and understanding, with a million questions to ask regarding different coverage. Not only do they treat you like a real human, they treat you like familia they’re definitely living up to their name. Me and my sister were struggling to get 3 vehicles fully covered together, while other insurance companies were quoting us outrages prices. Familia really showed compassion and understanding going above and beyond to get us a much more affordable quote. Agent Denise definitely showed she cared more about keeping our vehicles protected, rather than just treating/seeing us as another insurance sale.
