    I had an outstanding experience working with Towanna Williams at State Farm. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Towanna took the time to clearly explain every detail of my policy, ensuring I fully understood my coverage and felt confident in my decisions. What really stood out was her patience and responsiveness. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. Her ability to simplify complex information made the whole experience smooth and completely stress-free.

    First time call to state farm agent David Peterson, and I have spoken with Chloe Bryan for help to quote my car insurance. I have asked her many options to quote my car insurance, she is very patience and happy to help me. Eventually, I got good deal and move forward to purchase all my car insurance from her agent.     Melissa was absolutely amazing,! She assisted me over multiple phone calls and questions I had. 1 day when I called when she was off and she still reached out to me that day. She had so much patience with me and helped make my decision to switch to State Farm. I really appreciate it she went above and beyond and I now have a way better multi policy insurance for less than I was paying for just the auto insurance with The General. Thank you Melissa you are great at what you do and the customer service you provided!

    I was wanting to leave a 5 star review before but the worthless app kept my ex spouses info two years after the fact and kept mixing our info, as well as failing to update my address even though the agency had the current address. Robert Kendrick has been the only agent willing to listen and take on the task of dealing with corporate. I may not be State Farm's biggest client, but I have been a loyal client for almost 30 years, but I was frustrated to the point of walking. Robert Kendrick saved State Farm a loyal client by taking on The Herculean task of taking on corporate, and actually getting someone on the line who could rebuild my app from scratch instead of insisting I keep the one loaded with all my old, irrelevant, and inaccurate information. Thank You Robert Kendrick, and thank you State Farm for helping keep an old client happy.

    After several years of being a loyal client with 0 claims and payments made on time seems that had no effect when I cancelled my policy.when I requested a month in advance to cancel my policy. A month later I received a notice of a balance due and I called the agency to make payment. Agent stated there was no balance due and to disregard notice. A couple months later I received the notice again so called agent to make payment. I clearly stated again that like before I was calling to pay balance due. The agent said ok and that there is a balance due and threatened that it will be sent to collections after I initially stated I was calling to clear balance that I wanted to clear several months ago. The lack of the unprofessional response to to this matter clearly noted that once you leave they will not treat you the same..
