  Watch out! They will try and pressure you saying my manager just approved this but you need to get it now. It won't be available tomorrow. I shopped around and found the same insurance half price without being pressured at all. Just shop around and you'll see for yourself.

  After numerous and (im not exaggerating when i say numerous times ) i called my local agents office in Mesquite for assistance with removing coverage . I called (Garland) location to see if they had access to my policy and assist. Andrea was very helpful , and understanding ! It’s an understatement to say she has empathic skills! She exceeds all expectations! She went over and above to help me out! Made the experience seem-less and low effort on my end! After being extremely frustrated , with The MESQUITE location we ended on a great note after speaking to Andrea! Definitely recommend this location ! Ps i added the call log on the times i called just today and was only asked for my name and what i needed left on hold and hung up on 3 times at the MESQUITE location as proof !!!!

  MF'in frauds!!!! Andrea kept pressuring me to sign sign sign the paperwork and failed to discuss any fees. Even though I declined to sign the paperwork after reviewing the hidden fees added, Andrea still charged my credit card and refused to refund the charge. This was for a policy that was declined and should have never been activate!!!! Never ever do business with this fraudulent insurance company!!!
