You have to call and call and call and call to talk to someone. Agent is out for consecutive days yet nobody is doing anything to help you get support to repair your car or reach out to you/call back regarding your unanswered questions. Some representatives are nice but some are rude. Spoke to 1 male representative who was kind genuinely wants to help but the other 2 people I spoke to were short want to rush you off the phone . Will only answer questions that you ask directly . If you dont ask anything they wont be proactive about educating you to help you make educated decisions. When I first had this insurance it was T Blackwell and my agent Abby was amazing. Going the extra mile to help me as a 1st time home buyer. I linked my auto per her recommendation it would help to bundle it all up. I regret i ever came here. Looking for a better customer service oriented company . Send recommendations pls. Tks
