    This has been a fairly simple process.. I was honestly dreading having to go to an insurance office just because I feel like it always takes forever it's costly and the agent is either too slow or too fast in explaining everything to me and what I am signing up for.. This was my first time switching car insurance companies and I am so glad I did I just wish I had done so sooner.. My agent was Miss Berenice and she was very sweet was not a bore explained everything thoroughly to where I understand everything that's included in my insurance policy.. she gave me several options until I came to one that included everything I wanted/needed plus it was affordable within my budget.. I want to say thank you firstly to Miss Berenice as again she was very patient with me and went above and beyond I can't recommend her enough.. and also thank you to La Familia I have found my new insurance family.. Y'all are awesome!!
