- BBBrittani BlufordAug 2, 20241.0I’m sorry to talk negatively about anyone…but Maurice is not a good agent…he NEVER answers the phone..or sends email…I have been under Allstate for 6 years and the last 4 have been TERRIBLE trying to EVER get ahold of him…currently been kicked off my policy with no phone call to notify me…yes I have the app but the notifications don’t come through I have to dig around the app to see updates.. very disappointed in not getting at least a phone call…when I’ve been his client for 6 YEARS. Been without insurance for 2 weeks and just found out today when trying to make a payment.

I wish I could give Him and ALLSTATE a 10 Star review. Since this review , I have not been able to get in touch with Mr.Bonner for over 2 weeks. Wondering what's going on. Guess I will have to change agents.
