- SLSc Leec5 days ago1.0On 1/7/26, I was recommended by a friend to stop by for a quote for two vehicles. I initially worked with Angelica who was extremely helpful, patient, and provided excellent customer service. I let her know I needed to speak with my wife and would proceed the following day, which she fully understood. Angelica informed me she would be off the next day and advised me to continue the process with her manager, Jocelyn , jazmin (or a similar name), who would assist me with the remainder of the policy setup. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager was completely different. From the very first phone call, she was rude, did not introduce herself, and abruptly hung up. When I called back, she answered again with a poor attitude and lack of professionalism. When you are trusting a company with your money and relying on them for an important service, customer service should be a priority especially from a manager, who represents the business and sets the standard for their team. I felt disrespected and dismissed, which is unacceptable, particularly from someone in a supervisory role. Because of this experience, I no longer felt comfortable moving forward with my policy.
