- JOJuan OrtegaDec 1, 20251.0I’m writing this review to report the way my mother was treated during her visit. The guy claimed she was disrespecting him which is completely untrue. Instead, the male employee actually called her “stupid” and after that she decided to leave. When she stepped outside, she realized she had accidentally left her car keys inside. The staff had locked the door and refused to open it for her, even though she clearly needed her own belongings. Then a client opened the door and walked out, while the door was opened she went inside,She quickly grabbed her keys and left.No customer especially an adult woman who did nothing wrong ,should ever be spoken to like that or denied access to their own belongings. This experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.We don’t know what was his name but he had a beard.Someone one needs to do something about this. I also forgot to mention when my mother was about to take the picture for the phone number card to complain, he snatched it so she couldn’t take a picture of it.
