I received an incorrect text from an agent (not the first time this has happened), this time it was from Ruby, stating that my policy was cancelled minutes after calling and making a payment. Got transferred to the wrong company because she said I needed to contact them, finally got in touch with the right one and they assured me everything on my policy was correct and payment had been posted. In addition it would be nice to know that the agency is collecting a fee for all payments made to them. This had never been relayed to me, the actual insurance company said my payment was for a few $ less than the payment I made with Ruby over the phone. I don’t mind the fee, but would be good to know. A little more training on customer service would go a long way.
