They just have to make sure that all the paperwork is complete and they can’t even do that, but the will keep your money for sure. They just are taking advantage of people. El servicio que esta agencia ofrece es ineficiente. Se están aprovechando de gente que confía en ellos para conseguir un seguro, te cobran demasiado por conseguir un seguro que sea “el mejor para ti” y ni siquiera pueden hacerlo bien y aún así se quedan con tu dinero y no se quieren hacer responsables. No confíen en ellos.

I’ve been with them over 6 years and they always make mistakes & are rarely ever available. I was told to call back later bc the rep was with a customer. You as the rep should call me back later or put me on hold. Terrible customer service. Not worth the headache.
